Guidelines from the government, for treatments in liberal professions.
Dear Customer.
The government’s new guidelines for treatments in liberal professions must be adhered to for treatments at Serenity – SALON & SPA.
If this is not complied with, we, both you and I can be fined by the Police.
A NEGATIVE covid-19 test that is max 72 hours old must be presented. From it is taken. So you have to be here before it expires.
PCR test or Quick test.
Or Cononapassport proving you are vaccinated, both times.
If no negative test can be presented on arrival, the treatment will be canceled and you will be billed the full amount of the booking.
You must still wear face mask in Serenity – SALON & SPA, put on before entering, even if tested negative or you have been vaccinated.
If you are ill, you must cancel your appointment. Cancellation rules still apply. 48 hours before treatment (see under “Cancellation rules / Gift cards)
In the event of infection, documentation must be submitted that you are infected. (in case of cancellation after 48 hours). Otherwise you will be invoiced for late cancellation.
So get tested well in advance.
You must come alone to your treatments. Do not bring baby, older children, girlfriends, or boyfriend.
