Application of Eyelash Extensions
The eyelash application for first time will typically take about 1.5 – 2 hours. During the entire application, you will lie on your back on a couch with your eyes closed. Before the actual application, I will clean your lashes and protect your lower eyelashes with moisturizing gel eye-patches to insulate them as best as possible. Most often, several of my clients will fall asleep during the treatment as it is a very relaxing experience. This is of course more than allowed.

Volume Eyelash Extensions
When using Volume eyelash extensions, apply two or more very fine eyelash extensions per. natural lash. They are ultra feather light and flexible, so even though this type of extension has a max volume and density, your natural lashes are loaded to a minimum. Therefore, it is also this method which is the most gentle on the market. Volume is especially the ideal technique for you if you are not in possession of so many natural lashes.
Russian Volume Eyelash Extensions
This technique uses even darker, finer and feather-light lashes, which still, and of course, load your lashes as little as possible. The beautiful lashes allow you to make larger tabs, which will result in a darker, more intense and "velvety" look. Russian volume gives a more dramatic and beautiful, voluminous look.
Lower Lash Extensions
This treatment consists of an application of single and very fine eyelash extensions on the lower lashes. The treatment takes about 30 minutes and you will lie on your back with your eyes closed. We highly recommend that you choose this treatment in combination with a full set or a replenishment of Volume eyelash extensions. That way, this technique will help complete your ideal look.

APPLYING AND CARING FOR YOUR NEW EYELASH EXTENSIONS
A refill of your eyelash extensions is usually necessary every 3 to 4 weeks, but in order for them to last as long as possible, there are several pieces of advice that I guide my clients to follow:
- Feel free to come to your treatment completely without eye makeup. This way we save a lot of time on cleaning. In addition, the glue will not bind nearly as optimally to the lashes, as there will be remnants of makeup, and your eyelash extensions may therefore risk falling off faster. If makeup is used after application, this is at your own risk.
- It is generally not recommended to use eye makeup such as mascara, eyeliner and eye shadow as well as lash curlers, as it can be difficult to clean lashes with eyelash extensions completely clean. If you have specific makeup wishes, I can offer various approved beauty products and creams in the clinic.
- Do not rub your lashes.
- Clean your lashes with Oil-free Eyelash / Eyelid Cleanser every morning and evening to keep your lashes clean.
- Feel free to use lash serum every day to get longer, thicker and fuller lashes.
- Feel free to use a soft silicone mascara brush to save your new lashes. This way you avoid them filtering and clumping together.
- For best maintenance of your eyelash extensions, a large refill is recommended approx. every 3 weeks.
- For the first 4 hours after your lash application or filling, working out and bathing are not recommended.

Should you have an allergic reaction, or do you want to have your lashes removed for another reason, remove them with a solution gel in the clinic. Do not remove your eyelash extensions yourself.
At Serenity, we have a 3-day guarantee on your lashes. This is because if an error in the application should have occurred, it will always show up within the first 3 days. It is a very common lash cycle to lose an average of 2-5 of your own natural lashes a day. Therefore, I would recommend the large filling approx. every 3 weeks for best results and appearance.
