Payment for products
Serenity – SALON & SPA receives payment with Visa-Dankort and Mobilepay. The amount will only be deducted from your account once the package has been shipped from the clinic. When paying over the internet, security is absolutely crucial. We have therefore chosen to use EasyPay, which ensures that all your personal information is encrypted, including your bank details. All card information is handled in accordance with the card organizations’ standard for secure processing of card data, PCI DSS.
All amounts are in Danish Kroner and product prices includes VAT.
We do not charge card fees.
The prices on the webshop are basically the indicative sale prices.
We make reservations for sold-out items, typing errors, as well as for external price and currency changes.
At www.serenitysalon.dk cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.
We offer delivery with PostNord and GLS for collection in a parcel shop, for home delivery or delivery to businesses. The price for shipping depends on the chosen shipping method, however, for collection at the clinic, delivery is free. For purchases at www.serenitysalon.dk, there is free delivery to an optional delivery point for purchases over DKK 599 in Denmark.
You can track your order at any time via the “Track & Trace” code that you receive when your order is shipped. It is resp. Post Nord or GLS who send this code and it requires you to be registered for their service. Should you not receive the code sent automatically, you can always contact us and we can look it up for you.
Expected delivery: We strive to pack and send packages every day so we can deliver within approx. 1-3 days (still depending on whether PostNord, GLS and whether Serenity – SALON & SPA has delays), if the item is in stock.
Pick-up at the clinic: If you have chosen pick-up at the clinic, you will receive an SMS from us no later than 24 hours after your order, when your package is ready for pick-up. It depends on the busyness of the clinic, when you can come and pick up, and you must always have an appointment with us. You can send us an SMS or call us when you want to pick up your package.

If the package is not picked up or denied receipt, Serenity – SALON & SPA reserves the right to charge the shipping costs from you.
Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at www.serenitysalon.dk. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods or that these are picked up at the post office / parcel box.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase, or the item must be received by us within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you received your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt, to let us know that you want to cancel your purchase, or the item must be in our hands within 14 days. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
If your order is placed with an offer to buy 2 products and get a discount or have you used a discount coupon that gives you 1 free product, the entire order must be returned to Serenity – SALON & SPA, alternatively you can contact us by email or phone for a separate agreement on the items you want to keep.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You can use this link https://return.shipmondo.com/serenitysalon to print a package label and at the same time fill in the return form that is included in your package, to send your goods back.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk (together with your chosen return carrier, for the item from the time of delivery of the item to you, until the item is returned to Serenity – SALON & SPA) If you have used our package label, you must be able to prove that the package has been delivered, therefore we recommend that you always receive a receipt from where you have handed in the package which you can present to us if the package gets lost. We have enclosed a return form in your package and a link to the return label, and when using this, your products are insured upon return through Serenity – SALON & SPA’s shipping agreement. Use of return label costs DKK 50 and will be deducted from your receivable.
We exchange for other items or make a credit note in our physical store / clinic.
The condition of the item when you send it back
The item must be returned in the original packaging. The item must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt. If the item has been tested and the seal has been broken, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We always strive to process all return packages within 10 working days after we have received the package from you. From we process your return order and you have a confirmation per. mail with your receivable, until you have your money in your account / gift card, it can take 1-7 banking days (usually only 1-3 days)
• We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
• We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and handing it in person at the above address by prior arrangement. When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
A picture of the error must be sent to email@example.com, after which we will assess the error and possibly crediting immediately. The item must only be sent AFTER we have requested this.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you. The personal information is registered with Serenity – SALON & SPA and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The data responsible for www.serenitysalon.dk is Reetika Bishnoi. You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
