Cancellation Rules & Gift Cards

GIFT VOUCHER INFO

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift card purchased for e.g. treatment, cannot be exchanged for products. No money is given back on gift cards. This is written on customer cards, as for good.

CANCELLATION RULES

Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the processing time on telephone no: 53695759 in the store opening hours or on the online booking within 48 hours before the booked time.

Cancellations are not accepted by email, text message or via social media, and are considered absence. You will receive a text message about payment (100% amount) for absence due. If absence is not paid within 12 hours via mobilepay or bank transfer, it will be forwarded to debt collection (Likvido) without further notice. You cannot book appointments via email / sms / social media. Cancellations cannot be made by phone on Sunday / public holidays and notified holidays. You must cancel in the online booking.

When booking time for all treatments, please provide: Full name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.

When you book by phone, you will receive an SMS, with cancellation rules, which you must approve and send an SMS return to: 53695759 with one yes, otherwise your time will be deleted within one hour.

Please Note: During busy periods, such as December, and during summer holidays, a deposit may be charged upon booking, (min 50% of the treatment amount) which must be paid via mobile pay or bank transfer, min 14 days before the start of treatment. If this is not met the time will be deleted. If you do not attend the treatment, or report a late cancellation, you will lose the deposit. You will also be charged a deposit if your booking of treatments exceeds the total amount above 1200, -, deposit 50% of the amount. Here the above rules on cancellation, absence and no-show also apply.

• If you do not attend/undergo treatment, if there is an offer / deal for the normal price, you will still be invoiced for it.

• We can see in our online booking system whether the time has been canceled or not. We can see all communication between you and the booking system. Our email can land in your spam box, and it is your responsibility to check it yourself.
